rating We had asked for a room with a nice view, but got room 742 with a 'view' to shabby walls all round. When we complained the nexr day, we were offered another room, but were told that it might be noisy (demonstrations and gatherings). We would call the room mediocre, compared to our idea of an upgrading to 'executive' and the price in mind. The breakfast was wonderful, and so was the dining hall. The service was formal and correct, but not very inviting and welcoming. There was no question about our well-being or satisfaction when we checked out. The concierge and the elderly doorman were friendly and helpful. rating

rating The staff are very helpful. The basic rooms are just that, basic. Beds ok if you're not a six footer. Cupboard space limited. Breakfast very good continental fare + hamberger sausages and scrambled egg. and choice of 3 cereals. 1st class coffee. rating
