Le Méridien Bristol

The Le Méridien Bristol, which is named after an eccentric English Marquis who travelled Europe in formidable style, is Warsaw's premier hotel. The hotel originally opened its doors in 1901 and its grand reopening in 1993 set the icing on the cake of one of the city's most splendid restorations. At the Bristol you can expect modern luxury combined with old world elegance and a location that is second to none. The rooms are light and charming, many with balconies, and there is a large variety of suites on hand. These range right up to the stately and very swish Paderewski (named after the pre-war prime minister and pianist who founded the hotel), which is certainly fit for a king.
