Karat

Located by the Vistula and close to Lazienki Park, the Karat Hotel is close enough to give you access to all of Warsaw's wonders, yet also easily accessible from the Central Train Station and 15 km from the airport. Each room is well equipped, with bathroom, satellite TV, radio, and refrigerator. With 12 single rooms and 20 double rooms, the hotel is small enough to provide a cozy and intimate atmosphere, while their 6 'higher standard' double rooms, or suites basically, include such immense luxuries as air conditioning and a living-room!

Decent, but nothing special. You get what you pay for.

The Karat is a nice laid back, personal and best of all QUIET place to stay. I just felt so relaxed here. A little off the beaten track but only a few minutes walk away from the tram stop that takes you to the town centre in about 10 minutes.
