"I was very much looking forward to staying at this hotel as I'd heard so many good things about it. I was also running in the Warsaw Marathon on September 25th and was looking forward to getting back to the hotel room, relaxing and enjoying the bottle of champagne I had waiting for me, that I'd brought myself for this special occasion. With all the excitement after the run I completely forgot about the champagne until I'd actually left the hotel. When I tried to call the hotel, I just kept being transferred to the restaurant who obviously couldn't help me with the wine I'd left in the room. When I finally did get in touch with the right people, they told me that the Champagne was not there and was never there and that housekeeping had not seen it. I know it was there, I put it there, it had obviously been taken from my room. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that there wasn't one and that no one could help. Basically someone in the hotel, staff or otherwise stole my champagne and the hotel was not prepared to do anything about it. Subsequent emails asking for an explanation have all been ignored. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay there again."
