Woody Allen Blows Horn In Warsaw
World famous New York comic and film director Woody Allen will prove his musical talent in Warsaw on December 31 as the lead clarinet player in "The Woody Allen New Orleans Jazz Band".
His performance in Warsaw will be part of a larger European tour beginning in Brighton, England on December 19 with stops planned in Athens, Barcelona, Istanbul, Lisbon and Milan.
According to the band's official website, the tour's grand finale will be in Warsaw on New Year's Eve. Famous for his comic talents, Allen has directed some 52 films during his career, including the memorable Hanna and her Sisters (1986) and Annie Hall (1977). He turns 70 on December 1.
