Polish Diplomat Assaulted
An official at the Polish Embassy in Moscow was injured in an attack near the building.
Interfax News Agency reports that Andrzej Uriadko was being treated in the diplomatic section of Botkin Hospital after the assault. A doctor there said he was expected to recover fully.
Prosecutors have opened an investigation into the attack.
There is speculation the attack may have been in retaliation for an assault on the children of Russian diplomats in Warsaw.
