Multimedia Fountain Park Opens

A brand new attraction has opened in Warsaw in the Podzamcze (Beneath the Castle) district - a huge multimedia fountain. The fountain's park opened at a dramatic ceremony with dancers, lights, lasers, projected images, fireworks, and of course - plenty of water (synced with music, of course).

The Fountain Park will be putting on multimedia performances throughout the summer every Saturday, following themes such as "Modern Warsaw", "Chopin's Warsaw", and "Legends of Warsaw" which will be projected onto water-screens. There are plenty of other attractions in the park as well, including the longest bench in Poland (120 metres long!).

Performances will take place on Saturdays at 9:30PM except in May and September where they will take place at 9PM. The park is located on the left bank of the Vistula river and can be accessed by public transport from the Most Gdanski bridge tram stop or by bus from the Konwiktorska stop.
