A recent survey conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) has ranked Warsaw as the 71st most liveable city in the world. The annual survey takes 140 cities under consideration, grading each location in the areas of stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure.

As in previous surveys, Canada and Australia have dominated the top 10 with Vancouver coming in on top. Vienna came in second, Melbourne in third, Toronto in fourth, and Calgary in fifth. The final five spots in the top ten were given to Helsinki, three cities in Australia, and finally Auckland, New Zealand in tenth.

Warsaw found itself in the middle of the list, with its healthcare and education earning the lowest grades. Earning the highest grade was the city's infrastructure at 82.1 percent.
