Looking for a new and exciting way to show your support for Warsaw's Legia Football Club? Well now you can do so by purchasing Legion Pils, a new beer created by the Fuhrmann Brewery in co-operation with Legia fans who helped decide on the final flavour of the beer and design of the bottle. The creation of the beer was fueled by a Poland-wide slump in beer sales, and the Fuhrmann Brewery hope they've reached a niche in the market.
If you'd rather support your team soberly, or are not of age, you'll be glad to know the company is also planning to expand their Legia series of food and drinks to include chocolate bars, energy drinks, and chewing gum.
Is Legia not your team? You can also look out for specially designed beers for teams in Gdansk, Gdynia and Lodz. One assumes more cities are just around the corner.
