Orco to List on Warsaw Stock Exchange

Luxembourg based real estate developer Orco Property Group has announced plans to list on the Warsaw and Budapest stock exchanges in the first half of next year.

Orco is a leading investor, developer and asset manager in the Central European real estate and hospitality market, and has operated in the region since 1991. The company manages assets of approximately EUR 1 billion and its presence extends to a number of different countries throughout the Central and Eastern European region including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Croatia, Germany and Slovakia.

The company is currently investing in a range of projects across Poland and its presence in Warsaw can be particularly felt through the development of the Zlota 44 tower. The new investment at 44 Złota street in Warsaw is a luxury high rise with 251 apartments and a wide range of additional services and facilities available to its occupants. The Orco Property building will be the most luxurious apartment building in Poland.
