As someone going to Warsaw for the first time, who only speaks English, can I expect that many people working at shops, bars and restaurant around the centre of the city will speak English? How often and to what degree should I expect this not to be the case, generally speaking? I know this is a probably complicated question and I'm asking for a simple answer, but any help here would be great, thanks. - Steve |
