Born in Warsaw, Goshka Macuga studied, and now lives, in London where her art has been exhibited at such prestigious locations as Whitechapel, Tate Britain, and Kunsthalle Basel. In 2008, she was nominated for the Turner prize. However, this new exhibition at the Zacheta National Gallery in Warsaw is in fact Macuga’s first solo show in a public museum in Poland. Make sure to check out this talented artist’s works at Untitled, which sees Macuga explore and re-contextualize the Zacheta gallery archive.
