This restaurant is situated in an attractive villa in the Mokotow district, an evocative area that managed to escape the worst ravages of the war. Great care has gone into imbuing this venue with a classic Polish spirit, and you'll find above par antique furnishings, as well as liberal sprinklings of flowers throughout. For Polish food this is one of the best - a highly professional place with plenty of charm. The pleasant garden outside may also win you over when Mr. Sun puts his hat on.

First of all, Americans with attitudes - either don't go to other countries or at least be constructive - you are the type that give us a bad name. Brits, don't make it worse by antagonizing because I know some pretty negative Britts as well.

As far as the restaurant, I am an American living in Warsaw and love this restaurant. It is one of our favorites. I've NEVER had bad food here - it's always been fantastic; although occasionally the service could be better. Comparing the service to other EU countries, I would say it's in the middle, but there are few countries that go out of the way in service as the US does (sorry, but it's true).

Very nice restaurant, friendly service and tasty food. Good for a Sunday brunch on a sunny day.

One of the most outstanding meals I've ever had. The duck is crispy and succulent, and the room simply beautiful. A MUST for Warsaw dining.

i hated it the food.it tasted like a cow craped on it.service was ok but they spoke little english.

A joy, what restaurants must have been like before communism and the war. Poland must have been a magnificent place in those days. I lok forward to returning on my next visit.

Have you noticed only the Yanks moan. Thank God only 5% of Americans have passports.

The over atmosphere is really good.
Though the waiters can hardly speak English but service is nice.
Food is also great.
Chef recommendation will be the choice you want to make.

I have visited this restaurant on many occasions. tend to rely on specials and always enjoyed the seasonal food. I found the service good to very good, mind you I speak Polish. Take note of the chef recommendations or look whatt seasonal goodies are recommended - like mushrooms in autumn, game in winter etc.

The food was no bad, but far from outstanding. Nice decor, not professional service with poor english. No thank you.

Lovely restaurant, friendly staff. Very interesting menu. The Boar was fantastic although no-one in our group was brave enough for the CalvesBrains on Toast ! The interior is almost like being in someones home so feels very welcoming. Thoroughly recommended.

This is the place where the locals go who have money. I thought it was a beautiful restaurant and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was fantastic and the service was great. There was a real atmosphere about it and above the restaurant there is a great bar with piano music. I would go again!!
