As well as the same exquisite standard of food, zen decor, staff friendliness and knowledge, they also organise sushi preparation classes, either in the bar itself or at your own home. To help you create your own sushi they also sell everything you could possibly need to help you slice up, prepare and eat your fish. If you really muck that up then they also do a very helpful take away and home delivery service.
