Stash Cafe II

|
A cozy Canadian retreat in the heart of the bustling city, established by a former Montreal Gazette Journalist who thought it would be a brilliant idea to provide a friendly locale for his circle of friends. This branch of the Montreal based restaurant is just as good as the first, with plenty of tasty Polish cooking along side the classic Canadian dishes (which include the best T-bone this side of the Vistula). Candlelight provides an inviting atmosphere for your small group of friends, and larger events can be arranged if you plan to come with more than a few. |

I visited this restaurant 3 times in the space of a week! The food was simple and tasty, the staff were efficient and friendly and the atmosphere was brilliant (candlelight and live piano). If you don't get the pancakes with maple syrup for dessert you are really missing out (but be warned - they are huge!).
