Ever since my Grandmother on my mother's side of the family brought some of their cakes from New York's Eastern European shops on her visit to California when my sister and I were very young, I was always looking forward to visiting a place in Poland that specialized in the E. Wedel classics. This is the best way of sampling the E. Wedel Chocolate tradition without actually going to the factory. On my first ever visit to Poland and the store a few weeks ago I enjoyed my glass of Mint Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Mousse. To top it off, I brought and sent home several wafer packages.
