Fusion cuisine is the flavour of the day in Warsaw right now, and you'll be hard pressed to find a better place to sample it than in the refined surrounds of this smart restaurant, on the ground floor of the Westin. Modern trappings and classical elegance combine, much like the Eastern and Western flavours of the food, to create a sophisticated but distinctly modern venue. As well as the classic fusion dishes served by night, healthy lunch options keep the movers and the shakers energised by day, and on the Sundays the award-winning 'Brunch Buffet' enables you to sample the whole menu to the sounds of live jazz! Nice.

Been there lately. Restaurant which could be among the most classy restaurants in warsaw.

This is the best restaurant I've ever been.

Stayed at the Westin Hotel and ate in Fusion twice during our stay. Excellent food and service definitely worth a visit.
