Jajo

Jajo literally means egg, but it can also mean an amusing person or place. The interior of this eaterie has certainly got a warm and funky character, with a groovy decor, great music and a lively clientele. And above all, it serves fantastic food. This is the only place in town that truly specializes in spaghetti, and they've got an ever-expanding menu that also ventures into other non-pasta classics. All in all a feast for all the senses, with a fine decor, excellent wine and tasty food. A great place for a quick lunch, as well as a romantic candle-lit dinner.

The restaurant had great reviews so we tried it, and it was quite a disappointment, the place looked very nice, but food was sub par, the pastas were not tasty and quite bland. Would not visit or recommend.

Maybe we were just lucky, but the food at jajo was so good that we never wanted to leave! Discrete and attentive service, excellent wine, nice atmosphere. Definitely the best restaurant we found in Warsaw.

Nothing special really. The pasta is OK, but one would expect better from a self-proclaimed "Spaghetteria". Nice atmosphere, but not unique, apart from the eggs hanging everywhere--something of a dubious dining distinction.

The food is superb, especially the lunchtime menu,which equated to £3.50 for a two course meal and wine.We've been on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Staff are very friendly and informative. They did their best to help us find places we were looking for.Would recomment it heartliy.

This is simply my favourite restaurant in Warsaw. Tasty, fresh food and very good value for money.

A very good recommendation. One time I hit this place up in the evening and on my lunch break (when I woke up). Food's good and met some excellent local spice... Thanks for the tip!
