This exclusive restaurant, in the grand Sobanski Palace, is run by the Polish Business Roundtable Club, though it is also open to the public. A meal at the Amber Room is a wonderful opportunity to taste some of the most refined food in the city created by chef Wojciech Amaro - Polish cuisine of the 21st century, though nowadays not everyone will immediately associate all dishes with traditional Polish cuisine. Prices are reasonable considering the top quality - and you'll never look at Polish cuisine the same way again! Try the foie gras with boletus mushrooms or the classic zurek soup - served deconstructed of course.
