Ice Club

At Ice Club, the temperature is a constant -8 degrees Celsius. In winter, that might not be so strange, but in summer? It's still that cold! Ice Club is Poland's first ice bar. Here, icicles hang from the ceilings and even the club's bar and furnishings resemble something you might find in an igloo - the entrance sign is made from a block of ice, as are many elements of the bar itself. And the vodka shots? Ice cold, of course!

"I saw this place on TV and decided it's a must-see in Warsaw - went with my girlfriends and we had a blast! Vodka shots galore!"

"I have been in this ice club with a group of 12 persons. We were the only ones there and the service was absolutely incredible, being in a bad way! The first five people got there food (reindeer, which was ordered by email weeks before for 10 persons, but only 5 were possible when we actually got there!), half an hour passed by, the 6th person got her food, another half an hour passed and the 7th person got her food, another half an hour passed and the 8th person got her dish... Still 4 people to go, the first ones had already eaten a long time, while others were still (after two and a half hours) waiting for there food to come. It was horrible; especially since we were the only ones there! Not to forget, when we refused the further dishes (a person can NOT wait forever!) and refused to pay for them; they finally agreed BUT we did have to pay for a 10% fee for their service.. Come on??? Really unbelievable. We all went back to our hotel, extrrrremely hungry and verry UNhappy about the ice club. We also planned to have a drink in the ICE club (where it is -8°), but of course there was no more interest after the waiting and waiting for our food.. By the way, if you think that ice room is fun? We've seen it from the room where we were 'supposed' to eat; well, if all 12 of us had to get in there, we would all have been stuffed together. It is ooh soo small and really NOT worth going there. So, sorry, don't want to get your hopes down, but I do not wish anyone the disappointed I and my friends felt that night!"
