The Gwaizdeczka, though now owned by the popular Jazz Bistro chain, has existed in the same place since communist times, when it used to be a state-owned student hangout. These days, it's more posh than proletarian, with a large hall ideal for big parties, as well as cozy nooks for couples. On clear summer days the gigantic sunroof over the terrace opens and one can gaze at the stars (hence the cafe's name) while sipping a cappuccino or a glass of wine.
