With a name like Jadlodajnia Filozoficzna (Philosophical Cafeteria) you can be sure this is not a place for the track-suited or fake-tanned. Filozoficzna regularly hosts the best bands playing in the city, keeping a focus on independent acts both from Poland and abroad. Whether it's to hang out, sip some coffee or beer and take part in intelligent conversation with local students, or to catch one of the best indie music acts live, Filozoficzna always welcomes the unique and the interesting.

That is so sad! I hope they find a replacement soon!

This place burnt down! I wonder if they will open it again somewhere else? I hope so - it was a very important part of Warsaw's alternative culture!

I saw greate band called New Century Classics in here. Good climat, nice beer, pretty women!! :) When I come back Poland, I will visit here again!

The bathrooms are a nightmare!! Great "authentic" indie joint though!!

I'm def not a philosopher but I had a great time there, was lucky to catch a concert too. fireplace is the best place to sit next to though, esp during the winter time.

This is a great place to party. Be warned - there are lots of hipsters here who think they are hot s**t because they're from Warsaw! Just wait til later - they will all be drunk and forget being pretentious ;)

I L.O.V.E.D. this place!!! Out of allllll the bars and clubs in Warsaw, this was by far my favorite. I'll even go as far as to say this is one of my favorite clubs, period. And I've been to quite a few around the United States and Europe. It has AMAZING music - unique, indie, but GREAT to dance to; the atmosphere is to die for; the clientele is great - you meet SO many interesting people here; and the DJs and bartenders are great too. I'm soooo in love with this place! I can't wait to go back to Europe/Poland and go here again!
