Shiver me timbers! If it isn't Warsaw's most famous sailing club... And only 370km from the Baltic Sea! Actually the emphasis at this off-the-wall joint is not on sailing at all but more on drinking and singing nautical ballads, which get a good airing every Tuesday and Thursday. For the rest of the week more familiar rock and blues sounds preside, with monday night reserved for retro poetry. This diverse performance programme takes place in a space full of school-dining-hall benches and hanging sail canvasses. The odd photo and painting exhibition adds further colour.
