Paprotka

|
Where can you find feather boa columns, chill music and Mercedes logo-shaped seats? Why at Paprotka, of course! Located in the center of town and relatively unassuming from the outside, this gem of a bar has a few tricks up its sleeve. Walk in and get a mixed vibe: part 50's decor, part modern finishings, part Buddhist tones (at least from the tubular lamps). Music is normally chilllout-oriented, but the occassional dance beat also makes an appearance; good thing there's a decent sized dance floor at hand. The menu features a wide array of cocktails and surprisingly good food (this writer recommends the beef ciabatta sandwich) - but beware: it's written entirely in Polish. No worries: the helpful staff will do their part to translate all those consonant-laden words for you. A solid pick in central Warsaw. |
