Horseriding and Hunting

|
Horse-riding and hunting were sacred pastimes in Old Poland, where the cult of the horse was on a mythical level. The legendary Winged Hussars of the Renaissance era were the scourge of the Central European battlefield, whilst there Napoleonic heirs were no less famed. This museum may not be the slickest in town, but its an affectionate and not charmless tribute to this lost world., Take a trip into the Polish Dworek, and on into the Field and Forest. Stuffed animals galore will please Monty Python fans. |
